Early access · Hiring, not software · from $49/mo

Meet Bob — the finance colleague you're hiring early. A.I. is his middle name, and he's not hiding it — or how much of the job is still ahead.

Today, Bob keeps your books straight: import your transactions, reconcile them (no AI required), and hand your accountant clean numbers. He's growing into the rest — chasing the paperwork that's missing, closing your month, and eventually pushing back on your numbers before a board does. Join early access to use what ships now and shape what's next.

Keep your accountant — Bob insists. Nobody gets replaced in this story.

The honest split

What Bob does today. What Bob's learning next.

Available now
Imports transactions from CSV, or from Wise / Payoneer with your own key. This isn't one-click open banking, and we won't call it that.
Reconciles with plain, deterministic rules — no AI required — then turns the result into P&L, balance-sheet and VAT views.
Exports clean PDF / CSV files for your accountant. The optional AI console explains and proposes; it never acts, and stays off until you switch it on.
Coming — you're joining early for this
The five-minute “what's missing” list, including which documents the books are waiting on and who has each one.
Bob chasing that paperwork on the channel each person answers, under a clear cadence and escalation rule.
The mandate and autonomy dial, A.I.-name signatures, and one clean monthly package with a view built for your accountant.
Where we're taking Bob · coming in early access

The first morning we're building toward.

Here's the target: point Bob at wherever your invoices live. We're not there yet — and we'll never claim your problems vanish in a day.

TARGET · MINUTE 0

Point Bob at the records

The shoebox, the inbox, the drive folder of shame. Any state will be fine — mess is the job.

TARGET · MINUTE 1

Let him compare what's there

The planned ingestion layer will check the records against what the books expect.

TARGET · ~MINUTE 5

Get the missing-items list

Bob will return what the books are waiting on and who has each piece. The burden shifts; it doesn't magically disappear.

This five-minute list is the early-access target, not a feature available today. All figures shown on this page are sample data — Bob never invents a number, and neither do we.

Coming in early access · chasing preview

He won't let go of the list. He won't raise his voice.

A preview of the rule Bob will follow once the chasing engine ships — he isn't sending these yet. One ask per item per day, on the channel each person actually answers. Day 1 / 7 / 14 escalation will add facts and recipients, never pressure.

What Bob will send
Morning — March books are 96% complete. I'm missing the Vodafone invoice; could you forward it when you get a sec?
Quick nudge on the Vodafone invoice for March — it's the last item before I can close the month.
Flagging for visibility: March close is waiting on one document (Vodafone). Looping in [owner] so it doesn't slip.

These are roadmap examples. Solvent has no outbound sending today.

What Bob will never send
No shame, no guilt, no “🙈 oops.”
No fake urgency, no threats, no made-up deadline.
Never a word about one person's items to another.

The rule is being designed before the sender is built.

Keep hiring humans. Give them Bob. — that's Solvent's whole stance in six words. Completeness beats provocation; a colleague beats a threat.

The roles Bob grows into

Same colleague. More room now, more of the desk as it ships.

Early-access pricing is locked now. All three tiers run today's available-now toolkit — the price buys more capacity today, and first claim on what's coming.

Robert A.I. Marschall‑Dunham III

Up to three of your own companies, with unlimited clients and AI. The CFO desk is being built to push back before a board or bank does; diligence-grade books are not fully there today.

Openly fictional candidates · real work. Portraits are roster art; a real human professional verifies and files everything that leaves the building.

The mandate · available now versus coming

You won't install Bob. You'll grant him a mandate.

The full autonomy dial is the plan. Today, AI is off until you add your own key and accept the terms; even then it only proposes, and you approve everything.

Available nowDeterministic reconciliation works without AI. The optional AI console is consent-gated, off by default and propose-only.
Coming · AssistedBob will prepare the work under a configured mandate, while you approve any external action.
Coming · Autonomous / Zero-AI dialThe named modes and full desk-wide autonomy controls arrive with the persona and mandate layer.
Your accountant stays. That's the design.Today Bob exports clean PDF/CSV materials; a licensed professional verifies and files. Solvent never files with the IRS or any authority, and anything tax-adjacent is advisory.
Coming · disclosure on every send. The plan is for each outbound message to sign with the A.I. middle name when consent is active, and revert when consent is withdrawn. Solvent has no outbound sending today.
Fair questions

Asked and answered.

Is Bob a person?

No — and he never pretends to be. Bob is Solvent's designed finance colleague; the "A.I." middle name is a disclosure. The mandate and the work are real; the personality is openly fictional.

Isn't naming software a gimmick?

It's a disclosure, not decoration. No human is fired in any Solvent story — your accountant stays because of Bob, not despite him.

What can I actually use today?

Import transactions by CSV or connect Wise / Payoneer with your own key, run deterministic reconciliation, view P&L, balance sheet and VAT, export PDF/CSV files for your accountant, and use an AI console that explains and proposes but never acts. The chasing, missing-items list and full “hire Bob” experience are what early access is building.

So Bob can chase my suppliers now?

Not today — Solvent has no outbound sending yet. The chasing engine, with the Day 1 / 7 / 14 rule above, is on the early-access roadmap.

Does this replace my bookkeeper or accountant?

No. Today Bob reconciles and exports clean files; the collecting workflow is coming. A licensed professional verifies and files. Accountants tend to like Bob.

When does the rest ship?

We're in early access and we'll show you the roadmap, not a fake finish line — and send you a note the day each promise crosses from “coming” to “available now.”

Keep hiring humans. Give them Bob.
